With a passion for fine tea, coffee and neighborhood, our lifelong dream of opening up a family-style business has finally come true.
Tugboat Tea Company hopes to be your neighborhood haven: we have comfortable surroundings, free wifi and a close-knit staff - we all grew up right here in Brooklyn. The shop sits on Flatbush Avenue between Lincoln Road and Maple Street, an easy stroll from Prospect Park.
We named the shop after the hardest-working boats in the harbor. A tugboat is small, unglamorous and absolutely essential - which is roughly how we think about a good neighborhood cafe.

- Weekdays: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Weekends: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
